All orders over $99 qualify for Free Shipping. Delivery may take between 2 - 10 days. We also offer faster shipping options at checkout.
We ship all our orders through Canada Post/USPS, and in some limited circumstances you may be asked to pay duties on international orders.
All eligible purchases qualify for one Free Shipping Label. If your items qualify, you have 30 days from when you receive your order to make an exchange. Just make sure you include boxes, tags, stickers, and all other accessories that came with the product. Once you send it back to us, we’ll issue you a store credit you can use for your next purchase.
If an item is returned without tags, we’re unfortunately unable to process an exchange, or issue an in-store credit
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for every exchange thereafter. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the value of your exchange order doesn't qualify for free shipping, you'll be responsible for shipping costs.
